SilverStag Type Foundry grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to embed the Licensed Fonts in your website(s) for styling live web content via CSS @font-face embedding.
You may use the Licensed Fonts to:
✦ Embed them in HTML/CSS files via @font-face for live display on websites you own or manage
✦ Style content rendered in the browser (including headlines, UI elements, and body text)
✦ Include the fonts in website themes, templates, or design systems as a preview for your clients only, and as long as the fonts cannot be extracted or used outside of that web environment by third parties; Your clients need to purchase additional licence for themselves
Use is restricted to the domain(s) owned or controlled by you. For usage across multiple clients or web properties, a separate license is required for each.
You may not:
✦ Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the fonts as standalone font files
✦ Allow end users or clients to download or access the font files directly
✦ Use the fonts in any web app, SaaS tool, or editable web-based product that lets others generate content with the font
✦ Modify, reverse-engineer, or convert the font to other formats
✦ Use the fonts in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
This license is for use on websites you personally or professionally own/manage. If you’re building a website for a client, they must purchase their own license unless the font is securely embedded and cannot be reused or extracted.
This license begins upon download or purchase and remains in effect until terminated. SilverStag Type Foundry may terminate this license if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must remove the fonts from all servers and cease all use.
The Licensed Fonts are provided “as is.” SilverStag Type Foundry makes no guarantees of performance and disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SilverStag Type Foundry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the fonts—even if advised of such possibilities.
This license is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This license is the full agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Licensed Fonts and supersedes any prior agreements or representations.
If any section of this license is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force.
Headings are for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of this license.
