SilverStag Type Foundry grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Licensed Fonts on up to two (2) desktop computers, for your own personal or commercial design work.
You may use the Licensed Fonts to create static designs for both personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to:
✦ Branding materials and visual identities
✦ Logos
✦ Print materials (books, packaging, magazines, posters, etc.)
✦ Social media graphics and marketing assets
✦ Merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, physical products, etc.)
✦ Digital designs exported as static images (e.g., JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF)
✦ Uploading the fonts to design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, etc., as long as the fonts are used only by you and not shared or made available to others
Fonts may be embedded in rasterized or outlined formats within these designs. This license covers use by one individual. For multiple users, additional licenses are required.
You may not:
✦ Share, resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the font files to any third party
✦ Provide the font files to clients, collaborators, freelancers, or printers
✦ Use the fonts in any template or tool that allows others to customize text using the font
✦ Convert, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the fonts
✦ Use the fonts in a way that violates any law or regulation
This license is intended for your use only. If clients, contractors, or collaborators need access to the font files, they must purchase their own license directly from SilverStag Type Foundry.
This license begins upon download or purchase and remains in effect until terminated. SilverStag Type Foundry may terminate this license at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the fonts from your devices and cease all use.
The Licensed Fonts are provided “as is.” SilverStag Type Foundry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SilverStag Type Foundry shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use or inability to use the fonts, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This license is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Licensed Fonts and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
If any part of this license is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
