SilverStag Type Foundry grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to embed the Licensed Fonts in mobile applications (apps) for personal or commercial use.
You may embed the Licensed Fonts in mobile or tablet applications developed for platforms such as iOS, Android, and similar systems.
This license allows you to:
✦ Use the fonts within the UI or content of a mobile app
✦ Embed the fonts in compiled application packages (e.g., .apk or .ipa) as long as the fonts are securely embedded and not extractable
✦ Publish and distribute the app via official platforms (App Store, Google Play, etc.)
Each license covers a single app title. If the same app is released in different versions (e.g., free and paid), it is still considered one app. A separate license is required for each unique app project.
You may not:
✦ Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the font files as standalone files
✦ Use the fonts in an app that enables users to create content using the fonts (e.g., design tools, text generators, editable templates)
✦ Allow users or third parties to extract or reuse the fonts outside of the app
✦ Modify, reverse-engineer, or convert the fonts
✦ Use the fonts in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
This license is for use by the purchasing individual or organization. If contractors, collaborators, or clients require access to the font files, they must obtain their own license.
This license becomes effective upon download or purchase and continues until terminated. SilverStag Type Foundry may terminate this license at any time if any terms are breached. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Licensed Fonts and remove them from any future app builds.
The Licensed Fonts are provided “as is.” SilverStag Type Foundry disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SilverStag Type Foundry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the fonts, even if advised of such possibilities.
This license is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This license constitutes the full agreement between the parties and overrides all prior discussions or agreements related to the Licensed Fonts.
If any part of this license is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
