SilverStag Type Foundry grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to embed the Licensed Fonts into a single digital product (the “Licensed Product”) such as a website template, Canva pack, or other downloadable template for commercial distribution.
With this license, you may:
✦ Embed the Licensed Fonts into one (1) Licensed Product intended for resale or distribution
✦ Use the fonts within that product to style headings, text, or other elements as part of the visual design
✦ Sell or distribute that Licensed Product to unlimited end users, provided they cannot extract or reuse the fonts outside of the product
Examples of acceptable products include:
✦ A single website template (e.g., for Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
✦ A single Canva template pack or social media template pack
✦ A single PDF or digital download that includes embedded font styling
You may not:
✦ Use the Licensed Fonts in more than one product without purchasing additional licenses
✦ Offer or include the raw font files as a download
✦ Enable users to extract or copy the fonts from the product
✦ Allow the fonts to be used across a broader platform (e.g., embedded throughout Canva, Printful, or web-based design tools)
✦ Modify, convert, or reverse-engineer the font files
✦ Use the fonts in connection with any content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful
One license equals one product.
A bundled pack of multiple individual templates, or subdividing one large template into several smaller ones for separate sale, would each require their own license.
This license is granted to you or your business only. If another designer or developer needs access to the font files (outside of the embedded product), they must purchase their own license.
This license remains in effect unless terminated. If any terms are violated, SilverStag Type Foundry reserves the right to revoke the license. Upon termination, you must remove the font from any future versions of the Licensed Product and delete all copies from your systems.
The Licensed Fonts remain the exclusive property of SilverStag Type Foundry. You are granted the right to use them under this agreement but do not gain ownership or rights beyond what is stated here.
The fonts are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. SilverStag Type Foundry is not liable for any damages arising from their use or misuse.
This license is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
This license constitutes the entire agreement and overrides any previous understanding between the parties regarding the Licensed Fonts.
If any portion of this license is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
