SilverStag Type Foundry grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to embed the Licensed Fonts in electronic publications (e-books) for personal or commercial distribution.
You may embed the Licensed Fonts in e-books intended for formats such as EPUB, MOBI, PDF, and other standard digital book formats, for both personal and commercial publishing.
This license allows you to:
✦ Embed the fonts within e-books sold or distributed through platforms like Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play Books, etc.
✦ Use the fonts to style titles, headings, and body text within the e-book content
✦ Distribute the e-books, provided the fonts are securely embedded and not extractable or reusable by readers or third parties
You may not:
✦ Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the font files as standalone files
✦ Allow others to access or extract the fonts from your e-books
✦ Use the fonts in editable templates, apps, or digital tools that enable others to create new content using the fonts
✦ Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the fonts
✦ Use the fonts in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
This license is granted to a single individual or entity. If a third party (e.g., publisher, contractor, collaborator) needs direct access to the font files, they must obtain a separate license from SilverStag Type Foundry.
This license begins upon download or purchase and remains in effect until terminated. SilverStag Type Foundry may terminate this license if any terms are violated. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the fonts from your systems and stop embedding them in future publications.
The Licensed Fonts are provided “as is.” SilverStag Type Foundry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SilverStag Type Foundry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the fonts—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This license is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This license constitutes the full agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements related to the Licensed Fonts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
